Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for May 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $710,000, up 3.6% year-over-year 
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $494,000, up 1.9% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 763, down 14 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,610 units, which is the highest number in 4 years
• Days on the market to sell a home: 45 days, which is five days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.1% and 2.6%, respectively
