Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for August 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $653,726, down $5,274 from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $445,000, down $5,000 from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 578, down 51 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,237 units, which is higher by 576 units than last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 48 days, which is 10 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.3% and 3.0%, respectively
