Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for June 2025.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $695,000, down 0.4% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $465,000, down 1.1% from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 675, down 56 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,313 units, which is a 34.5% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 52 days, which is 7 days different from last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.6% and 3.2%, respectively
