Desert Mountain View Business Park is one of the latest planned industrial parks for the North Palm Springs area. The project, owned by Shopoff Realty Investments, is working with the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and the City of Palm Springs to bring this industrial park to life. 

The project would be located on tribal land and, although the specific use has not been confirmed, would likely consist of warehousing or office space.
