According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $690,995, down 4.6% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $497,500, down .5% year over year
• Total sales attached and detached are 760, up 15 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,534 units, which is a -7% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 49 days, which is 1 day more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.7% and 3.4%, respectively
