According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $675,000, down 3.6% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $490,000, a 2.1% change year over year
• Total sales attached and detached are 756, up 11 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,358 units, which is a -8% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 49 days, which is the same as last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.9% and 3.3%, respectively
