Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for April 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $724,523, up 6.6% year-over-year – an all-time record
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $500,000, up 4.2% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 716, up 12 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,597 units, which is the highest number in almost 4 years
• Days on the market to sell a home: 44 days, which one day more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts
  of 2.3% and 2.6%, respectively
