Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for August 2023.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $660,401, down $5,000 from last month
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $439,000, down $11,000 from last month
• Total sales attached and detached are 623, down 51 units from last year
• Inventory: 1,601 units, which is only 28 units less than last month
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 38 days, which is 28 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 17.5 % of sales were above the list price, compared to 38% a year ago
