According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $648,348, down 0.1% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $439,950, down 1.1% from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 550, down 39 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,796 units, which is a 25% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 60 days, which is 12 days different from last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.9% and 3.5%, respectively
