According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $680,500, up 1.2% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $488,250, up 12.7% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 518, up 44 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,416 units
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 44 days
• List price in relation to the sales price: 13.5 % of sales were above the list price
