According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $699,000, down .1% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $500,000, down 1% year over year
• Total sales attached and detached are 572, down 20 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,527 units, which is a .5% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 48 days, which is 2 days different from last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.8% and 3.3%, respectively
