Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for January 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $660,000, down 1.8% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $475,000, up 9.2% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 510, up 74 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,309 units, which is the highest level since 2020
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 40 days, which is equal to last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 14.0 % of sales were above the list price
