According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $689,753, up $30,753 from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $485,000, up $10,000 from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 506, up 2 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,389 units, which is higher by 1,023 units than last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 43 days, which is 2 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.6% and 2.9%, respectively
