According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $675,000, down 3% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $495,000, up 2% year over year
• Total sales attached and detached are 534, up 12 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,488 units, which is a 2.9% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 47 days, which is 5 days different from last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.9% and 3.4%, respectively
