Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for July 2023.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $665,500, down 6.3% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $450,000, down 6.0% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 717, only 74 units less than last year
• Inventory: 1,629 units, which is down about 100 units from last month
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 39 days, which is 24 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 17.9 % of sales were above the list price, comparted to 48.3% a year ago
