Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for July 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $669,000, up $4,000 from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $460,000, up $10,000 from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 642, down 70 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,266 units, which is lower by 199 units than last month
• Days on the market to sell a home: 47 days, which is 8 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.0% and 2.7%, respectively
