Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for June 2023.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $690,000, down 1.4% year-over-year.
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $475,000, only 3.0% below last June record price of $491,056.
• Total sales attached and detached are 772, up from 665 last month.
• Inventory: 1,741 units, which is only 100 units less than last month.
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 40 days, which is four days less than last month, but 19 more than last year.
• List price in relation to the sales price: 17.2 % of sales were above the list price, compared to 55% a year ago.
