According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $654,333, down 5.2% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $454,750, a -2.2% change year over year
• Total sales attached and detached are 708, up 22 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,965 units, which is a -10.5% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 51 days, which is the same as last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 3% and 3.5%, respectively
