Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for March 2024.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $700,000, up 2.2% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $500,000, up 8.7% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 633, up 56 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,450 units, which is the highest level since June 2020
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 42 days, which is two days less than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 14.1 % of sales were above the list price
