Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for May 2025.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $700,000, down 1.2% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $480,000, down $10,000 from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 738, down 41 units from last year
• Inventory: 3,651 units, which is higher by 1,054 units than last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 49 days, which is 5 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.6% and 3.0%, respectively
