Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for November 2023.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $635,000, down for the month and also down 1.6% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $457,000, up 2.7% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 480, down 20 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,260 units, which is 150 units more than last month
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 36 days, which is one day less than last month but 1 day more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 15.9 % of sales were above the list price, compared to 17.5% a year ago
