Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for October 2023.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $642,450, unchanged for the month but down 2.7% year-over-year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $435,000, unchanged from last month and down 4.4% year-over-year
• Total sales attached and detached are 513, down 53 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,110 units, which is 348 units more than last month
• Time on the market by price range and days on the market to sell a home: 37 days, which is one day less than last month but 2 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: 16.5 % of sales were above the list price, compared to 21.7% a year ago
