According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $634,990, down $5,460 from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is up to $430,000, down $2,500 from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 477, down 23 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,284 units, which is higher by 670 units than last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 46 days, which is 9 days more than last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.0% and 2.9%, respectively
