Market Watch LLC has released its most recent housing report for September 2025.

According to the report:

• Historical data for detached homes ended at $625,000, down 2.3% from last year
• Historical data for attached homes is at $420,000, down 3.4% from last year
• Total sales attached and detached are 539, up 30 units from last year
• Inventory: 2,799 units, which is a 15.6% change from last year
• Days on the market to sell a home: 59 days, which is 10 days different from last year
• List price in relation to the sales price: both detached and attached homes in the region have average selling discounts of 2.7% and 3.7%, respectively
