The Palm Springs Planning Commission has approved permits for a seven-story hotel and nine-story residential building with parking garage, rooftop terrace, social club, and pool near the Palm Springs Convention Center. 

The project consists of 6 acres, currently used as a parking lot, and would include 125 hotel rooms, 132 residential condo units, and a restaurant. 

The size of the towers would rank the buildings as some of the highest buildings in Palm Springs upon completion.
