Toll Brothers has purchased 119 single-family lots on approximately 20 acres in the Escena community in Palm Springs. Escena is a gated community in Eastern Palm Springs with an 18-hole golf course and other luxury amenities.

In October, Richmond American Homes purchased a 17-acre parcel to construct a 52-home development called Vesta. Toll Brothers’ development, Nola at Escena, is located on the west side of Escena, near N Gene Autry Trail and promises to offer year-round resort style living and modern open-concept designs.
